I've used products for years because they were good for the environment or supposedly healthier for me. Well, they may have been safer, but my conscience was the only thing that was clean because the products just didn't work very well.

Then I started showering and shampooing with a slightly diluted solution, even brushing my teeth with it (it doesn't taste great but helps with gum disease).
